The Lac à Paul project is a phosphate rock mine project located in Québec, Canada. This deposit, amongst the largest of this type in the country, consists of several mineralized zones. A very high-quality, contaminant-free phosphate rock grading approximately 39% P2O5 can be recovered from conventional processing of the Lac à Paul ore.

The Québec Mining Association (QMA) was founded in 1936 and speaks for all mining companies producing metals and minerals and their constituent mines, metallurgy companies, mining contractors and junior mining companies established in Québec. Members of the QMA are a majority of companies producing metals and industrial minerals in Québec. Other members include suppliers, organizations, institutions and partners, who can participate in the Association’s activities and take advantage of its credibility and notoriety. The QMA assures a strong voice in the media and all levels of government, elected officials and other stakeholders in order to defend its members’ interests. It also works to bring together all the players in the mining industry, through regular events as well as networking activities. With a view to sustainable development and regional cohesion, the Authority plans, organizes, finances, develops and promotes public transit in the Greater Montreal area, in order to offer a simple, integrated, fluid and efficient mobility experience. Our mandates The ARTM must heed the instructions of the Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility to promote intermodality, public transit and a safe, accessible, equitable and efficient transportation offer. To do so, it must - plan and establish a transportation offer that meets the needs of public transit users, including those with reduced mobility; - coordinate public transit services throughout the territory, taking steps to improve and integrate them; - sustain metropolitan funding for public transit, while ensuring rigorous and responsible management of resources; - implement measures to promote traffic flow on - the metropolitan arterial metropolitan arterial network; - study and plan the maintenance, improvement or replacement of public transit equipment and infrastructure; -manage public transit assets and infrastructure. - Promote public transit, active transportation and carpooling, and contribute to the emergence of a culture of sustainable mobility; - perform any other function entrusted to it by the Government of Québec, the Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility or the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal (CMM).
