OUR GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
Our board of directors is composed of directors, as well as a group of administrators and observers. It is made up of representatives from industrial, institutional and user members elected each year in June at the Annual General Meeting of Propulsion Québec.
Administrators are elected for two-year terms by members at the annual general meeting. The board of directors is mandated to generally oversee the activities of the cluster.
