BUSINESS MODELS AND FINANCING : Attract Investors to the EST Sector
Electric and smart transportation sector (EST) financing is a key element, both for start-ups and well-established organizations. Despite the multitude of economic and environmental opportunities stemming from EST, many investors are unfamiliar with our sector. Making a name for yourself with the right people, at the right time, in the right way, a seemingly insurmountable conundrum, can prove itself accessible if you have the right keys!
Quebec currently possesses all the knowledge necessary to stand out in the EST sector and become a global leader. Currently, one of its greatest implementation barriers is financing.
IMPULSION 2023 positions itself as an event that advocates networking and finding business opportunities. March 15 focuses solely on different business models, financing, and the acceleration of technologies to ensure the growth of EST companies. This day is directed as much at organizations and businesses wanting to raise capital as at financing for investors. It will prove to be the perfect opportunity to learn more about financing thanks to the expertise of speakers and to then engage in valuable discussions with them during networking sessions.
Several investors from here and elsewhere will be in attendance to learn more about our sector and discover EST ecosystem opportunities. Major investors will be participating, including Chris Thomas from Assembly Ventures and Pierre-Franck Edwige from RATP Capital Innovation. Everything from electric vehicles, to charging systems, and data management software will be among the products and services that will have the opportunity to stand out.
A workshop will also be held on this day and will present the different steps to follow when raising capital, regardless of your company’s stage of growth. The following topics will be covered: Value creation milestones for companies based on dominant business models, understanding how investors analyze the key risks associated with the EST sector, and building a successful financing application in the EST sector.
Several initiatives related to financing our ecosystem will be unveiled on the final day of IMPULSION, including two guides – one for capital raising and one for investors. You will be the first to hear about new capital dedicated to the EST sector!
Find us at the IMPULSION summit this coming March 13 to 15!
