Founded in 2008, AAA Canada draws its strength from the European AAA Group which has more than 3,500 workers around the world, including 700 in North America, and which has been a major industry player for 30 years. Our company, based in Quebec and Ontario, is expanding and more than 400 promising positions are currently open, including structural, mechanical and electrical assemblers, methods agents, welders or even mechanics.
These are positions essential to the success of our projects with responsibilities such as reading and interpreting the plans or drawings of the items to be manufactured, finishing various parts and components, assembling assemblies and subassemblies, installing production processes, and promoting occupational health and safety at work. These people also a role of primary importance, because they participate in the continuous improvement of projects within a team oriented toward collective success.

AAA Canada Academy: training to accelerate professional integration
Our desire to go further led us to found the AAA Canada Academy in 2016. This training program allows us to welcome new candidates, whether or not they possess the required skills, as well as to offer continuing training to our workers and allow them to obtain some of the certifications required to advance their careers. The AAA Canada Academy can become a true springboard for some workers and a real added value for companies facing a strong need for workers.
