Several companies in the electric and intelligent transportation (EIT) sector recruited employees and/or interns as part of the first edition of RDV En route, the careers and training fair for the electric and intelligent transportation sector, organized virtually by Propulsion Québec on March 29 and 30, 2021. Here is UgoWork’s success story.
UgoWork, specializing in the planning, optimization and smooth implementation of its clients’ energy transition, was one of the exhibiting companies present at a virtual booth during RDV En route. As part of this event, the human resources team had the opportunity to meet several very interesting candidates, but their favorite was Meryam Oubou, whom they hired as Customer Success Manager. Since then, Meryam has been helping to build lasting relationships of trust with their clients by supporting them in their energy transition initiated through UgoWork.
“We met Meryam when she asked to meet us via UgoWork’s virtual booth during RDV En route. We were her very first meeting because when we accepted her request, she hadn’t realized it would be on camera, so she asked us for a few minutes to change before turning on her camera. That made us laugh and relaxed the atmosphere for everyone!” says Renée Marquis, Human Resources Manager at UgoWork.
