The Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne inaugurates the Digital Agora!


Bois-de-Boulogne College is a collegiate educational institution that offers an innovative, stimulating and demanding learning environment and stands out for its many programs in the field of technology. Its Digital Agora favors collaboration, the sharing of ideas and socio-professional integration.

Located in the Milwork building at the gates of Mile-Ex, this new continuing learning space was inaugurated on May 19, 2022. Its purpose is to promote innovation and talent development for the information technology (IT), artificial intelligence (AI) and digital creativity sectors in Quebec. This place of exchange and discovery aims to be a welcoming environment, open to diversity and connected to its neighborhood. As of May 23, 2022, nearly 1,000 adult students and 1,300 workers will be able to take training to update their skills. Its modern, bright and state-of-the-art environment will host employer partner representatives daily to enrich teaching, launch educational challenges, inspire the next generation, recognize perseverance and celebrate success!

Bois-de-Boulogne College is recognized for having the most comprehensive portfolio of technical study programs in Quebec in the field of digital technologies, and to increase its intake capacity, the Digital Agora was an important step toward that growth. This large-scale project totals an investment of $28.4M thanks to financial contributions from the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Solidarity.

Several agreements signed with partners have been established to offer scholarships for continuing education students enrolled in various programs. In total, 12 study programs and dozens of highly specialized professional development programs are offered, such as computer programming, database design, cybersecurity, networking, the design and programming of connected devices, software quality, data science, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, 3D animation, video game programming and social media management.

  • CAE: 50 scholarships of $1,000 for students enrolled in the 12 technology programs offered at the Digital Agora. Creation of theCAE Collaborative Spaceand theCAE Innovation Lab.
  • Deloitte:25 scholarships of $1,000 for students enrolled in the Analyst-Programmer, Database Designer and data professions programs. Creation of theDeloitte Collaborative Spaceand the Omnia AI Innovation Lab.
  • Alithya: 25 scholarships of $1,000 for students enrolled in programs in software development, data professions, infrastructure and cybersecurity. Creation of theAlithya Innovation Lab.
  • GLM Conseil: 25 scholarships of $1,000 for students enrolled in the AEC Specialist in Internet of Things program. Creation of theGLM Conseil Innovation Lab.
  • Desjardins: 25 scholarships of $1,000 for students enrolled in the AEC Analyst-Programmer, Database Designer, IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity programs and data professions. Creation of the Desjardins Innovation Lab.
