Get help from UdeS interns

Co-op interns from nearly 50 disciplines can help businesses and organizations during the economic recovery.

Turn the current crisis into an opportunity! Make the decisions now that will allow you to be a key player in the recovery, development and employment. The University of Sherbrooke's co-op internships adapt to your particular needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The current situation is new for everyone, including employer-partners of the Service for Internships and Professional Development (SSDP) who are busy restarting after their activities were stopped or slowed. For some, co-op internships have been relegated to lower-priority files whereas, on the contrary, they could help during this difficult time.

"We are sensitive to what employers in Quebec are experiencing right now," begins Alain Tremblay, the SSDP's executive director. "That said, we are convinced that our students can help them deliver essential services during the lockdown, participate in transforming strategic sectors, and lend a hand to support the accelerated pace during the upcoming recovery."

Interns from all programs and concentrations (management, IT, engineering, communications, etc.) are available to work within startups, SMEs, large organizations and institutions over the coming months.

Interns can help with:

  • Providing your essential services during the lockdown;
  • Participating in the transformation of strategic sectors;
  • Supporting the accelerated pace during the upcoming recovery;
  • Offering a break to staff who have been particularly stretched during the crisis.
