On June 11, 2020, Propulsion Québec held the webinar "New reality of public transit in times of health crisis: adaptation and measures to reduce risks" presented by Marie-Hélène Cloutier, Executive Vice-President – Quebec & Maritimes for Transdev Canada, Guy Picard, Director General for the Laval Transit Authority and Jennifer Guillette, General Director — O&M project, Exo for Bombardier Transport.

In this period of health crisis, public transit must reinvent itself to ensure the safety and health of its staff as well as passengers. This webinar focuses on the adaptations put in place by operators, the challenges related to the new layouts, and the new reality of public transit in Quebec.

The first part of this webinar provides an overview of the guide to best practices for manufacturing operations during COVID-19 and will cover adaptations and health and safety approaches. The second part of the webinar is devoted to testimonials from two Propulsion Québec member companies who will share the measures they have implemented within their organizations to resume their activities.
