Transportation electrification: plug into the exo team!

In recent months, all of exo's teams have mobilized to develop a long-term vision that defines our strategic intentions for the future of the organization and our services. This vision called "exo generation " rests on nine essential pillars, including our service offering.

Our teams are actively working to evolve our bus operations business model to harmonize our practices and optimize our services, while seizing the opportunity for electrification supported by the government.

Ultimately, exo will own its fleet of electric buses, its garages and its charging infrastructure. Transport service providers, for their part, will be responsible for maintenance, servicing and operation of the vehicles. At present, the exobus Program team is planning the acquisition of electric vehicles and the construction of new garages.

Take the leap with exo!

Over the next few years, exo will develop expertise in transport electrification with the goal of being a key player in the fight against climate change. Exo will also support its suppliers in this electric transition by, in particular, implementing training programs.

Skilled, versatile and innovative candidates are essential for implementing the exobus Program. Job opportunities related to this program will be numerous, adding to the organization's existing needs.

Take the leap with exo: come build the public transit of tomorrow with us! Joining the exo family means becoming part of hundreds of employees passionate about sustainable mobility, and enjoying a flexible, inspiring and friendly work environment.
