Keolis acquires twelve electric school buses.

Kéolis Canada recently announced the purchase of about a dozen 100% electric Type C school buses from Lion Electric Company that will carry hundreds of students of the Commission scolaire des Affluents in the Lanaudière region starting in winter 2019.

This decision by Kéolis Canada demonstrates the company's exemplary leadership and vision regarding the deployment of new electric mobility in Quebec. Moreover, with this new order, Kéolis becomes the operator with the largest number of Type C electric school buses in North America.

For Lion Electric Company, this is excellent news for the business and its roughly two hundred Quebec suppliers, as well as a great showcase here in Quebec to continue promoting its electric buses.

We hope that this announcement and order by Kéolis Canada will inspire many others and that they will encourage other operators to choose economical, sustainable, and environmentally friendly transport solutions.
