Annual General Meeting 2022

Propulsion Québec held its fifth Annual General Meeting on Friday, June 17, 2022, with about fifty representatives of member organizations of the cluster in attendance. The event finally returned to an in-person format after two years online.

On this occasion, Propulsion Québec presented its annual report, exceptionally covering the period from January 2021 to March 2022, and proceeded with the election of the members of the board of directors.

Newly elected members are joining our board of directors: Benoit Hudon of Drakkar, Benoit Lacroix of Astus, Carine Paumier-Hug of Vapor Rail, Cindy Valence of Sayona, Clément Sabourin of Courant plus, and Serge Mai of CDPQ Infra. We welcome them to the cluster’s board!

Some directors were also re-elected at this AGM: François Adam of the Institut du véhicule innovant, Robert Beaulieu of Nemaska Lithium, France Lampron of Hydro-Québec, Sylvain Perras of the ARTM, Marc-André Varin of the ATUQ, and Dany Sarrazin-Sullivan of the Fonds de solidarité FTQ. We congratulate them and are very grateful for their support and assistance.

Propulsion Québec also wishes to thank the outgoing board members for their involvement and commitment to the organization. We are fortunate to have been able to count on your contribution over the past year: David Arsenault of Effenco, Alain Vallée of Blue Solutions, David Van Der Wee of Alstom, Véronique Tougas of Cambli Inc., and Denis Andlauer of CDPQ Infra.

On behalf of all the members and employees of Propulsion Québec, thank you all for your support and hard work in making Quebec a world leader in electric and smart transportation.
