Description
This training course will enable participants to carry out safe maintenance on hybrid vehicles, as well as taking a foray into the world of dedicated diagnostic tools.
More specifically, they will be able to :
- Familiarize yourself with personal safety equipment;
- Research the procedures required for service work on the hybrid vehicle;
- Determine the procedures for moving a hydride vehicle that refuses to start;
- Discuss special features associated with engine oil changes;
- List the various characteristics of the fluids used in a hybrid vehicle engine;
- Familiarize yourself with diagnostic equipment ;
- Familiarize yourself with 12-volt battery maintenance;
- Familiarize yourself with the maintenance of high-voltage batteries.
Prerequisites
- Training in general hybrid system operation and safety measures (Hybrid 1)
- Target clientele: Mechanics wishing to improve their skills (priority given to journeymen).
