Sarah Houde, President and Chief Executive Officer of Propulsion Québec, participated in the special consultations on Bill 44, which aims primarily at the effective governance of the fight against climate change and at promoting electrification.
She emphasized the importance for Quebec of setting bold targets and, beyond the size of the amounts to be invested in transportation, recommended accelerating funding-allocation processes in order to keep pace with project development in the market and to continue standing out in the global race to electrify transportation.
