Montreal, September 10, 2025 - Michelle Llambías Meunier, President and CEO of Propulsion Québec, has informed the Board of Directors of her decision to step down on October 3. Under her leadership, the cluster has consolidated its voice and strategy as a key player in electrification and transportation innovation in Quebec.
"The past few years have been rich in mobilizing projects, collective successes and challenges for the industry. I'm proud of the work accomplished with the team and members of the cluster. Today, Propulsion Québec is strong, united and recognized for its expertise in zero-emission transportation. I warmly thank our partners, our members and my team for their trust and commitment. I leave with the conviction that the organization will continue to grow and act as a catalyst," emphasized Ms. Llambías Meunier.
"Michelle has made a significant contribution to the cluster's vitality, notably by strengthening our ties with the ecosystem and showcasing Quebec expertise in this strategic sector. Her strategic vision, professionalism and ability to bring people together will have marked her time at the helm of Propulsion Québec and enabled achievements such as the cluster's 2024-2027 planning and the Impulsion 2024 signature event," said Marie-Hélène Cloutier, Executive Director - Mobility, Customers and Partners - exo and Chairman of the Board of Propulsion Québec.
As of October 3, Alexis Laprés-Paradis, Vice-President, Development and Operations, will take over as interim CEO. The recruitment process for the next CEO is already underway, and will be carried out by the Board of Directors in accordance with best government practices.
