Propulsion Québec held its fourth virtual Annual General Meeting on Thursday, June 17, 2021, in the presence of about sixty representatives from member organizations of the cluster.
On this occasion, Propulsion Québec presented its 2020 annual report in addition to holding the election of the board of directors.
Newly elected members are joining our board of directors: Ms. Véronique Tougas of Groupe Cambli, Ms. Marie‑Pier Forget of Ingenext, Mr. Patrick Gervais of Lion Électrique and Mr. Marc Rousseau of Exo. We welcome them to the cluster’s board!
Some directors were also re‑elected at this AGM: Ms. Emmanuelle Toussaint of NovaBus and Prévost, members of the Volvo Group, Mr. Éric Deschenes of ABB, Mr. Benoit Balmana of Technopôle IVÉO, Ms. Danielle Charest of Jalon MTL and Mr. Frédéric Prégent of Taxelco. We congratulate them and are very grateful for their support and backing.
Propulsion Québec also wishes to thank the outgoing board members for their involvement and commitment to the organization. We were fortunate to have been able to count on your contribution over the past year: Ms. Pascale Nini of Immervision, Ms. Renée Demers of Atelier usinage Quenneville, Mr. Michel Morelli of Morelli Designers, Ms. Christine Brasseur of Exo, Mr. Marc Bédard of Lion Électrique as well as Mr. Louis Tremblay of AddÉnergie.
We would like to warmly thank our outgoing chair of the board, Louis Tremblay, for his contribution and support over the past three years. It has been a real honor to have his trust since the creation of the cluster in 2017. The year 2021 marked the third year of his term as chair of the board, and it was an extraordinary one!
Through the virtual activities, trade missions, key projects, studies and reports published and the representations made to government authorities by Propulsion Québec, Louis was able to guide and support us brilliantly in confirming the crucial role of our cluster within our ecosystem. It is, among other things, thanks to his contribution that we are able to redefine and build the future of mobility in Quebec.
