Description
This program prepares automotive vehicle mechanics to work on electric- or hybrid-powered vehicles, and to carry out maintenance and repair of electrical and electromechanical systems.
Prerequisites
Admission requirements:
To be admitted to the Electric Vehicle Mechanics program, applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
- Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Automotive Mechanics or its equivalent;
- or the person practices a trade or profession related to this program of study;
- or the person has had equivalent prior learning recognized.
