Types of tickets
Vekta offers 2 types of tickets: the member rate and the non-member rate.
A ticket at either rate includes:
- Access to all conferences and speaking sessions
- Networking dinner
- Coffee and refreshments throughout the day
- A cloakroom for your coat and boots
Refund and transfer policy
A partial refund of 50% or a ticket transfer (preferred option) is possible until December 23, 2025 at noon.
After this date:
- No refunds will be granted.
- A ticket transfer remains possible.

Please note that if you are not a member of Propulsion Québec and you purchase a ticket at the member rate, a member of our team will contact you to charge you the difference. Purchase lists are monitored.
