Description
This program aims at the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge of the different techniques of organization and production management with a view to improving an organization's productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. More specifically, students will be able to:
- to become familiar with the various technologies that constitute modern production systems and with the different production processes for goods and services;
- to develop communication skills and interpersonal abilities that enable action while taking into account the organization's entire human and social environment.
