Penelope completed her master's degree in transportation planning at Polytechnique Montreal, under the direction of Geneviève Boisjoly and Hanane Dagdougui. Her research project focused on electric vehicles and more specifically, on the relationship between their adoption in urban areas, accessibility to public charging stations and citizens’ perceptions. She now works at the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM), where she takes parts in projects aimed at improving and developing public transit networks in the greater Montreal.
