Keith Todd Kerman is a Deputy Commissioner at the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) and New York City’s first Chief Fleet Officer. Keith also leads NYC Fleet’s representation and efforts for Mayor de Blasio’s Vision Zero initiative to eliminate traffic fatalities in NYC, focusing on fleet and driver safety. He is in his 28th year of public service, having served over 17 years with NYC Parks, including as Assistant Commissioner for Citywide Operations. In 2019, Keith received the Sloan Public Service Award, NY’s highest public service recognition which has been called the Nobel Prize of NY public service.
