In addition, there are around 900 job and\/or internship opportunities available in the EST sector in Qu\u00e9bec being offered on the <a href=\"https:\/\/propulsionquebec.com\/en\/propulseur-de-carrieres-en-tei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>En route!<\/em> project webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The project\u2019s flagship event, the second edition of the<em> <strong>En route!<\/strong><\/em><strong> Event<\/strong>, an EST career and training fair, will take place on October 26 at the Montr\u00e9al Science Centre, in person. For candidates and job seekers, it will be an opportunity to discover companies in the sector, their innovations and the positions offered, in addition to meeting recruiters. For companies in the EST sector, this is an opportunity to showcase their know-how and recruit the land transportation talent of tomorrow. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Co-presented by the Government of Qu\u00e9bec and organized in collaboration with more than <strong>30 partners<\/strong>, this unique event will connect students, graduates, job seekers and workers with Qu\u00e9bec businesses and educational institutions to promote guidance, training and the recruitment of a skilled workforce that is essential to the growth of the electric and smart transportation industry in Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-spacer\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-heading\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h5\">Highlights of the program for the <em>En route!<\/em> Event on October 26, 2022<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>A diverse and dynamic program has been put together for this second edition of the <strong><em>En route!<\/em> Event<\/strong>. The findings of the study are clear: to ensure the growth of our industry in Qu\u00e9bec and elsewhere, it is essential to develop, train and support a qualified workforce. This means new jobs need to be created and many current workers with transferable skills need to be retrained to promote the transition. It is in response to this problem that we created the En route! project. The En route! Event on October 26 at the Montr\u00e9al Science Centre is a unique opportunity to discover the EST sector in a concrete way and to explore the possibilities of working in the industry by meeting participating companies.
