Through this program, the EST cluster is accelerating and tangibly supporting the energy, ecological and sustainable transition of the Quebec economy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p><strong>Charge+<\/strong> funds the acquisition and installation of Level 2 charging stations and fast-charing stations up to a maximum of <strong>$100,000<\/strong> per application. This program will let you:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Acquire and install charging infrastructure at a low cost.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Promote the deployment and transition of your electric vehicle fleet.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Provide a charging solution to your employees and customers.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Make tangible contributions to GHG reduction and climate change objectives.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-spacer\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-heading\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h4\">Who is the program for?<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The <strong>Charge+ <\/strong>program supports and partially finances the acquisition and installation of charging infrastructure for <a href=\"#parcs-de-v-legers\">vehicle fleets<\/a>, <a href=\"#milieu-de-travail\">workplaces<\/a> and <a href=\"#lieux-publics\">public spaces<\/a>. It is intended for:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/propulsionquebec.com\/en\/bottin-des-membres\/\"><strong>member<\/strong><\/a> or <strong>major private-sector partners <\/strong>of Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec (for-profit or not-for-profit);<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li><strong>public-sector partners<\/strong>, provincial, regional or municipal <strong>government agencies<\/strong> and their <strong>public institutions<\/strong>, <strong>agencies<\/strong> and <strong>government corporations<\/strong> in Quebec. However, federal organizations, Crown corporations and federal agencies are excluded and cannot benefit from this program.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"featured-block\">\n    <div class=\"featured-block__content\">\n<div class=\"component component-heading\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><strong>Organizations may submit more than one application for consideration, but each notice of interest must not exceed $100,000 in requested expenses<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Organizations must meet the following criteria to receive funding from this program:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p id=\"secteur-prive\"><strong>For private sector organizations <\/strong>(for-profit or not-for-profit):<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>be a <a href=\"https:\/\/propulsionquebec.com\/en\/bottin-des-membres\/\"><strong>member<\/strong><\/a> or <strong>major partner <\/strong>of Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p id=\"secteur-public\"><strong>For the public sector, only the following organizations are accepted:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>be a collaborating organization that contributes to the transition of vehicle fleets, promotes experimentation and innovation and\/or collaborates on a project or activity related to the electrification of transport.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>provincial, regional or municipal government agencies and their public institutions, agencies and government corporations (including public service providers) in Quebec.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>***<em>Please note that federal organizations, Crown corporations and federal agencies are excluded from participating in this program.<\/em>****<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Applications must also meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p><strong>For infrastructure\/charging stations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Be a <strong>permanent<\/strong> installation consisting of new and purchased (not leased) equipment<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Be a <strong>new installation<\/strong> or extension of existing infrastructure (not a replacement of existing infrastructure)<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>The work carried out must comply with all local codes and by-laws in force<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Have confirmed access to the site where the infrastructure will be installed<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Charging infrastructure for the general public must be installed in a parking space clearly identified for charging electric vehicles<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Be able to communicate with other charging stations and\/or a server or the cloud via a mobile\/wireless signal or via a connected vehicle, using software to manage usage and\/or other capabilities such as real-time usage status of charging stations<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Be commercially available and accredited for use in Canada and include one or more of the following types of connectors:<div class=\"component component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Level 2 station: a standard SAE J1772 plug-in head or a proprietary-type connector<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>DC fast-charge station: including one or more of the following types of charging connectors: CHAdeMO, SAE J1772 Combo (CCS) or a proprietary-type connector<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>The station is a product manufactured in countries that have negotiated free trade agreements with Canada. A complete list of free trade agreements is available <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/international.canada.ca\/en\/global-affairs\/services\/trade\/agreements-negotiations\/investment-agreements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>. To be eligible for funding, the producing country must have a free trade agreement with Canada that is \u201cin force\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-spacer\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-heading\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h5\">Available funding<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The program will cover up to 50% of total project costs to the maximum amounts shown in the table below:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"component-content-fullwidth\">\n    <div technical, management, external service delivery, engineering, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment, training, marketing, data collection, logistics, maintenance, printing, distribution, verification and evaluation)<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Capital assets, including IT equipment and class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h5\">Ineligible expenses<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Expenses not eligible for reimbursement under this program include:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>In-kind support<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Land costs (e.g., acquisition of ownership or property rights)<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Legal costs<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Current operating costs (e.g., electricity consumption, operating, maintenance, network and subscription costs, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-list-item\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<li>Costs incurred outside the eligible expense period<\/li>\n<\/div><\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-spacer\" ><div class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h5\">Assistance stacking<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Financial assistance provided by Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec through Natural Resources Canada can be combined with complementary programs offered by other government departments or agencies and by energy distributors. The cumulative amount of financial assistance received from government departments or agencies, energy distributors and Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec for the relevant charging station project shall not exceed 75% of total eligible expenditures, unless the proponent is a provincial, territorial or municipal government. In this case, the assistance stacking limit is 100% of total costs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-spacer\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"component component-heading\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h4\">Steps involved to finance the acquisition and installation of charging infrastructure with the Charge+ Program<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n    <div id=\"\" class=\"steps\">\n        <div class=\"container\">\n            <div class=\"row\">\n                <div class=\"col-xs-12\">\n                    <ol class=\"steps-list\">\n                                                                                <li class=\"step\">\n                                <div class=\"step__content\">\n                                    <h2 class=\"h6\">Notice of interest<\/h3>\n                                        <p>The applicant notifies Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec of their interest in the program. <a href=\"https:\/\/propulsionquebec.com\/en\/call-for-interest\/\">Fill the form &gt;&gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/li>\n                                                                                <li class=\"step\">\n                                <div class=\"step__content\">\n                                    <h2 class=\"h6\">Identification of needs<\/h3>\n                                        <p>The applicant describes the estimated number and types of charging stations and informs Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec of their need to be put in contact with charging station suppliers and installers.<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/li>\n                                                                                <li class=\"step\">\n                                <div class=\"step__content\">\n                                    <h2 class=\"h6\">Planning<\/h3>\n                                        <p>The applicant takes the necessary steps to define their project and obtains the bids and quotes needed to carry out the project. As required, Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec will put the applicant in touch with potential suppliers.<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/li>\n                                                                                <li class=\"step\">\n                                <div class=\"step__content\">\n                                    <h2 class=\"h6\">Prequalification<\/h3>\n                                        <p>The applicant submits a formal application including all submissions allowing Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec to make the necessary checks and ensure that the project meets all the criteria. At the end of the process, notification is issued to confirm the acceptability of the proponent\u2019s project.<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/li>\n                                                                                <li class=\"step\">\n                                <div class=\"step__content\">\n                                    <h2 class=\"h6\">Application evaluation and confirmation<\/h3>\n                                        <p>Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec issues notification.
